The CP33 Series consists of three main parts: the water motor, the injection control panel and the chemical pump. Depending upon your application, the Chemilizer CP33 covers a wide range of water flows. From the very low 12 GPM to the very high several hundred GPM. (The CP33 installation diverts only enough water from your total system flow to inject the desired amount of chemical.) The rest of the water in the system flows past the injector.
Works just like an electric injector, without the electricity.
Completely self-contained: The CP33 Injector's fluid powered motor borrows just enough energy from the main line to provide the proper injection. The injector connects to the water supply line in which the chemical is to be injected.
Unassisted Injection: Completely automatic operation: it operates when the rest of the system operates. No need to turn the injector on or off. The operator has nothing to remember or forget.
Meters, pulsers and flow switches are no longer required: Because the motor operates only when water starts to flow, external devices are not required. There is no backflow.
Installation is simple and economical: Chemilizer systems do not require wiring in hazardous conditions, no additional equipment, or costly site engineering to lay out pipes or conduit. In most cases, units can be placed into existing piping with little on-site preparation.
Chemilizer injectors can also be installed in parallel or in series to provide injection of two different solutions or to double the water flow.
